It all began in a kitchen…
Well, it really began at the "Smoothie Shack" located at Mind, Body & Sole Wellness Center in Bethany Beach back in 2014. When we opened a small smoothie shop within our spa & wellness center, it was a dream come true for me! Combining internal nourishment with external wellness completed my well-rounded passion as a holistic practitioner.

Full bakery (with plenty of homemade gluten-free and vegan options) - specialty baking by request including cookies, sweet breads, scones, muffins and more, and a long list of coffees, smoothies, and acai bowls. We also have a few outdoor tables and chairs, feel free to hang with us for a bit!
