I’m Kristina

It all began in a kitchen…

Well, it really began at the "Smoothie Shack" located at Mind, Body & Sole Wellness Center in Bethany Beach back in 2014.  When we opened a small smoothie shop within our spa & wellness center, it was a dream come true for me!  Combining internal nourishment with external wellness completed my well-rounded passion as a holistic practitioner.
