Welcome to Kristina’s Kitchen

It all began in 2014 at the “Smoothie Shack” located within our spa Mind, Body & Sole Wellness Center in Bethany Beach. When we closed in 2018, I was searching for a way to continue nourishing our local community, making and delivering healthy food from my kitchen to friends throughout 2019. When we found our brick-and-mortar spot next to Lord’s Landscaping in 2020, I knew this was it! We created a menu based on the need for fast-casual dining in the area, and the circumstances of the year worked out for us and our take-out concept. Celebrating 5 years in 2025, we continue to grow, learn, and become even better!

Our walk-in location is located at 38851 Atlantic Avenue, Millville, DE – next to Lord’s Landscaping and across from Banks Liquors. We proudly offer a wide variety of delicious, freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options available all day, Monday-Saturday 7am-2pm, Sunday 8am-2pm. Whether you’re on the go or looking for a personalized meal, we have you covered. Choose from our convenient grab-n-go selections or indulge in our made-to-order meals crafted to your exact preferences.

If you’re in need, we have some delicious gluten-free options, as well as vegan baked goods and meals on our menu that are not only healthy but also packed with flavor! Our deli salads and chopped salads are always gluten-free and we have several vegan options such as our house made black bean burger, tofu breakfast bowl and several cookies and sweet treats including our famous pop tarts. We are also one of the only bakeries in the area to safely offer gluten free treats and specialty cakes & cupcakes.
