Our story began in 2014 at the “Smoothie Shack” located within our spa Mind, Body & Sole Wellness Center in Bethany Beach. When we closed in 2018, I was searching for a way to continue nourishing our local community, making and delivering healthy food from my kitchen, to friends and customers, throughout 2019. When we found our brick-and-mortar spot across from Bank's Liquors in 2020, I knew this was it! We created a menu based on the need for fast-casual dining in the area, and the circumstances of the year worked out for us and our take-out concept. Celebrating 5 years in 2025, we continue to grow, learn, and become even better!
