It began in a kitchen...
Well, it began at the "Smoothie Shack" located at Mind, Body & Sole Wellness Center in Bethany Beach back in 2014. When we opened a small smoothie shop within our spa & wellness center, it was a dream come true for me! Combining internal nourishment with external wellness completed my well-rounded passion as a holistic practitioner.
In the transition from that location in 2018, I kept making my "go-bowls", smoothies, and creations, sharing them on social media, and through family inspiration, I was guided to start "Kristina's Kitchen." Since early 2019 local friends and businesses have been enjoying our food, which was even featured at the 3BB Cafe in downtown Bethany Beach AND Fenwick Island during the Summer season of 2019.
In early February 2020, we got our storefront location featuring a "grab-n-go" cafe in Millville, DE with an extensive menu! Coffee, smoothie bowls, baked goods, breakfast, and lunch options. We specialize in custom catering and baking from gluten-free, vegan, and keto to honoring any allergy or dietary need.

A full menu of grab-n-go items, as well as made-to-order breakfast and lunch options. We also have a full bakery (with plenty of homemade gluten-free and vegan options) - specialty baking by request, and a long list of coffees, smoothies and acai bowls. We also have some outdoor tables and chairs if you feel like hanging with us for a bit!

We specialize in custom cake/cupcake orders but we do have a beautiful space where you can come in and grab a fresh pastry, coffee, or smoothie.

Availability:
Year-round Fiona is available for special requests and events of 20 people or more (think retirement party at the Salted Vines Winery!)
In the off-season, she's available Tuesday and Thursday for a morning stop (for office/work environments of 5 people or more)

Santa's Letters, Inc. is our way of giving back. Established in 2018, we wanted to create a way to spread joy across Sussex County and beyond, so we put a big red mailbox in our front yard and labeled our home as the "official drop-off center for your Santa's letters, guaranteed a response!"
The letters came pouring in, and the need for basic supplies like toothbrushes and winter jackets grew.
We knew we had to do something more than just write letters, so we turned Santa's Letters, Inc. into a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and throughout the year we provide families with basic needs and holiday gifts.
Christmastime is the most fun of all though - that big red mailbox has now turned into a mini theme park with lights, music, and even block parties with fire pits and s'mores!
"Changing the world one letter at a time", is our mission.

Yes, we do! We have gluten-free sandwich bread, GF plain bagels, and GF everything bagels available for lunch sandwiches or breakfast items, and we have a separate GF toaster upon request. We also carry a wide selection of gluten-free baked goods, salads, and soups regularly.

We have a wide selection of gluten-free items as well as dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, and vegan-friendly. Our menu clearly labels the items with dietary needs, and if something contains nuts it will be in the description. A lot of our gluten-free items are also dairy-free, and we rarely use anything with soy. Our gluten-free flour blend does not contain nuts, we use a rice/tapioca blend.

We are a takeout facility only, however we do offer some tables and chairs outside that you are welcome to use!

A well-behaved dog on a leash is more than welcome to hang outside, we even provide water bowls during the warm weather.
We also make PUP CUPS which is a yummy frozen treat made with banana and peanut butter for just $1!

We do cater! We offer takeout catering items such as sandwich platters, large salads, bakery trays, and some hot items such as baked ziti, lemon chicken, macaroni and cheese, and much more. We can also cater to your specific needs, and we do have hot pans and cambros if you need us to set up a hot buffet line. Reach out to us via email for our catering menu!
